Candidate Fitzgerald touts 'online checkbook' idea
County executive candidate Rich Fitzgerald said Friday he wants to make it easier for residents to find out how their tax money is spent. Mr. Fitzgerald, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for the post, described his plan for the "Allegheny County online Checkbook."
